5 Ways to Combat Fatigue and feel more energized!

Are you struggling to get out of bed in the morning? Do you find your head wanting to hit the desk mid-afternoon? If you are asking yourself “why am I so tired?” then this article might be just what you needed! 

 

Here are 5 ways to regain control of your energy: 

 

  1. Improve Sleep

It is important to get ample sleep to feel energized and rejuvenated. Studies show that 7 hours of deep, non-interrupted sleep are required for regulated energy and overall health. There are many ways to improve your sleep. Avoiding blue light from electronics at least 1 hour before bed has been shown to enhance restful sleep. Setting a consistent bedtime and wake time can also be extremely helpful. There are incredible teas to help with relaxation and improving sleep quality. Sleepytime tea is one of our favourites! 

 

  1. Manage Stress

Our mental state not only impacts us on an emotional level, but also on a physical level. Managed stress levels can quickly lead to an increase in energy.   1. Check your iron
