MONDAY: PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE
1 serving | Last 2 days in fridge | Prep time: 2 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes

What’s in it?
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup shredded coconut

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder ( Option: Raw organic vanilla protein powder)
How to make it?
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
TUESDAY: WARM MATCHA OATS
1 serving | Last 3 days in fridge | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 25 minutes
What’s in it?
- ½ cup Steel cut oats
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- ½ teaspoon matcha
- ½ cup blueberries
How to make it?
- Add the steel cut oats and water to a small pot over medium-low heat and bring to a low simmer, stirring as needed. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add the matcha powder.
- Add the oats to a bowl and top with blueberries and shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
WEDNESDAY: CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAKFAST MUFFINS
10-12 muffins | Last 5 days | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 40 minutes
What’s in it?
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chunks (bobs red mill)
How to make it?
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with parchment liners. Our favourites are these non-toxic baking cups.
- Mash your bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add almond butter, egg, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix well.
TIP: Go for a baking soda that is aluminium-free! This is why we trust Bob Red Mills aluminium free baking soda.
- Add in almond flour slowly while continuing to mix. Once soft, fold in chocolate chips.
- Add batter evenly to the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
THURSDAY: BERRY HEMP CHIA PUDDING
1 serving | Last 4-5 days in fridge | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 4 hours

What’s in it?
- ½ cup vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds (bobs)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (Manitoba harvest)
- 1 tablespoon honey (Wedderspoon)
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
How to make it?
- Add all ingredients to a small container and stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.
FRIDAY: Egg Bites (Keto Friendly)
10-12 bites | Last 4-5 days in fridge | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes

What’s in it?
- 8 eggs
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup diced red tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Avocado oil for greasing
How to make it?
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Fill muffin tins with the egg mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
