If you didn't already know, ANS makes the most delicious, all natural, keto friendly buttermilk pancake mix! No ingredients are required other than the mix to make these which makes them a quick and easy choice! You wont believe they are keto! Each serving contains 7 grams of protein, 1 gram of net carbs, 15 grams of fat, and 3 grams of fiber.
Step 1: Mix 1 cup of the ANS keto pancake mix with 90ml of water.
Step 2: Mix the batter, and allow it to sit for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: Add in some extra flavour! Chocolate chips, berries, and nuts are some of my favourites!
Step 4: Coat a pan with oil of choice. I like to use avocado oil or coconut oil.
Step 5: Form small pancakes on the pan using the batter.
Step 6: Allow pancakes to cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Once they begin bubbling, flip.
Step 7: Cook the other side until golden brown.
Step 8: Remove from heat, top with fresh fruit and maple syrup!
