When the coconut tree is tapped, it produces a highly nutrient-rich "sap" that exudes from the coconut blossoms. This sap is very low glycemic (GI of only 35) and contains a wide range of minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins, 17 aminos acids, and has a nearly neutral pH.
A new innovation in soy-free Asian cuisine, our Garlic Sauce made from this natural sap is a savory infusion of our signature Coconut Aminos with garlic and other spices, creating an exceptional stir-fry seasoning sauce without the soy, cane sugar and excess salt.
