Magnesium glycinate (also known as magnesium bisglycinate) is a highly water soluble amino acid chelate of magnesium and two glycine molecules.
Recommended Use: Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps in tissue formation. Helps to maintain proper muscle function.
Adolescents (9 ‚18 years): Take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. May be taken with water or juice.
